First time in this evening. Drove 45 mins to try this place out. Jamaica is our favorite place to take vacations and was hoping we could get some good food to hold us over until our next trip there. Not only did the staff and food meet our high expectations but exceeded it. Worth the drive and we will be frequently eating here! Came in as a customer and in true Jamaican culture, we feel like we are leaving as family.

Food was excellent—five stars, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, also five stars.The service is where things fell short. We weren't greeted at the door and weren't even sure if the restaurant was open until we made it to the bar." Throughout the meal, the service felt inattentive. We were clearly sharing plates but had to ask for the extra plate, and the kids' meal came out well after the adult entrees.Overall, amazing food and vibe, but the service needs more consistency.
