Loaded Jerk Chicken Fries

Crispy fries loaded with smoky jerk chicken, melty cheese, and bold island flavor. Perfect for game day, parties, or an easy weeknight indulgence.

Ingredients

- 1 bag frozen steak fries
- 2 cups cooked jerk chicken (shredded or chopped)
- 2–3 tbsp Island Spice Jerk Paste or Sauc
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream or lime crema
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

1. Bake fries according to package directions until extra crispy.

2. Toss cooked chicken with jerk sauce and warm in a skillet for 2–3 minutes.

3. Layer fries on a serving platter.

4. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over fries.

5. Add jerk chicken evenly on top.

6. Drizzle nacho cheese, BBQ sauce, and sour cream.

7. Garnish with green onions and parsley.

8. Serve immediately.
