JERK GRILLED SHRIMP SKEWERS

Juicy shrimp coated in bold Jamaican jerk seasoning and grilled to perfection in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup Island Spice Jerk Sauce
- Wooden or metal skewers
- Optional: lime wedges for serving

Instructions

1. Toss shrimp in jerk sauce and marinate 10–15 minutes.

2. Thread shrimp onto skewers.

3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

4. Grill 2–3 minutes per side until shrimp turn opaque and lightly charred.

5. Remove from grill and serve with extra jerk sauce for dipping.
